Powerful mind-programming with a
unique hypnosis induction. The body
relaxation is integrated into
descriptions of a tropical-island
beach at sunrise. As you imagine
this soothing environment, ocean
waves roll in and out in digital 3-D
sound, and seagulls will appear to
fly from one side of your head to the
other. What you don't hear is the
subliminal "follow-response "
technology gently lulling you into a
soothing daydreamy state of mind. In
this mental state you are receptive to
new beliefs. Beliefs generate
thoughts and emotions, which
create experiences. To change your
life, you must change your beliefs.
Each title delivers suggestions
phrased for maximum access to
your subconscious mind, using the
most effective mind-imprinting
techniques to help create who and
what you want to be!

Track 2 is Subliminal
Programming
that supports Track
1. You hear 30 minutes of relaxing,
digitally recorded stereo music. Each
tape uses different music, such as
gentle, classical guitar. Listen as
you're driving, working, or doing
other things. Behind the music are
subliminal suggestions (the same
suggestions you hear on Track 1).
Because the suggestions are not
challenged by your conscious mind,
they are accepted by your
subconscious, which begins to
create circumstances to match your
outer life to your inner beliefs. To
accelerate the speed of change,
also use Track 2 as sleep
programming. Simply listen as you go
to sleep.

The powerful “Zapper” mind
technology combined with audible
suggestions. Use these titles three
different ways: 1) Be mentally
programmed in your home or office
while sitting down and doing other
things such as working at a
computer or reading. 2) Use it as
closed-eye meditative programming.
3) Use it as sleep programming.
Simply listen as you go to sleep.

In the amazing book Blink, author Malcolm Gladwell
tells about psychological tests in which a professor
asked people to see him in his office. Those called
to visit him had to walk down a long hallway, come
to his office and sit down at a table. They were
given a sheet of paper listing ten different five-word
sets, and instructed to create four-word sentences
from the words.

Examples of the word sets:

“him was worried she always”

“from are Florida oranges temperature”

“shoes give replace old the”

“sky the seamless gray is”

“Up bingo sing play let”

“sunlight makes temperature wrinkle raisins”

Gladwell says, “That seemed straightforward, right?
Actually it wasn’t. After you finished that test --
believe it or not -- you would have walked out of my
office and back down the hall more slowly than you
walked in. With that test, I affected the way you
behaved. How? Well, look back at the list. Scattered
throughout it are certain words, such as “worried,”
“Florida,” “old,” “lonely,” “gray,” “bingo,” and
“wrinkle.” You thought that I was just making you
take a language test. But, in fact, what I was also
doing was making the big computer in your brain --
your adaptive unconscious -- think about the state
of being old. It didn’t inform the rest of your brain
about its sudden obsession. But it took all this talk of
old age so seriously that by the time you finished
and walked down the corridor, you acted old. You
walked slowly.”

John Bargh, the psychologist who originated this
”priming” experiment and many similar experiments,
claims it shows how much goes on deep in our
unconscious mind.

Being exposed to words such as “bold,” “bother,”
aggressively,” and “rude” caused people to act in
this manner. Words such as “patiently,” “polite,”
“yield,” and “courteous” generated similarly
responsive behavior.

There were variations of these priming experiments,
and other psychologists have created more extreme
versions. What is significant, as Gladwell points out
about priming experiments, “They suggest that what
we think of as free will is largely an illusion: much of
the time, we are simply operating on automatic pilot,
and the way we think and act -- and how well we
think and act on the spur of the moment -- are a lot
more to do with outside influences than we realize.”

To project this idea into our day-to-day lives,
consider the effect of watching or listening to the
news. Newscasts are skewed toward negative
and depressing stories. Talk shows too tend to be
negative.

Based upon the priming concept, Dick has created
four “Mind-Priming” programs. Listen any time,
anywhere, including while you’re driving in the car.
As you relax and drift into first-stage
sleep, the cycle-per-second activity of
your brain slows down to alpha. The
second level of theta precedes deep
delta sleep. Alpha and theta are the
levels accessed for hypnosis
programming. So suggestions delivered
at these mental levels are as effective
as hypnotic mind programming.

All you have to do is listen as you go to
sleep.

The program begins with Dick Sutphen
directing a relaxation. Behind his voice
and soothing music is a brain/mind
"follow-response" sound that helps to
put you to sleep. When the relaxation is
complete you hear nearly 2,000 words
of paced and repeated suggestions,
phrased for acceptance by all levels of
your mind.

The words fade away at the end of the
program, directing you to sleep soundly
through the night and to awaken
refreshed, at peace with yourself, and
inspired to begin a new day.

Each title is approximately 50 minutes.

This line uses Dick's classic
hypnotic technique -- the one he
uses in professional trainings and
his seminars. You are hypnotized
two ways: 1) Following a full body
relaxation, you are counted down
into the altered state of
consciousness: "Number seven,
deeper, deeper, deeper, down,
down, down, number six, deeper
..." 2) Behind Dick's voice and
soothing Eternal OM music, you'll
hear a far away clicking sound that
generates a brain/mind follow
response as it slows down. You
are mentally drawn from your
awakened state, deep into the
alpha range of consciousness
where you're highly susceptible
positive healing suggestions.

74-minutes containing three tracks:
Hypnosis, Self-Talk and Sleep
Programming.Each hypnosis
session programs your mind with
post-hypnotic trigger words so you
can draw upon the power to
support your goal when you need
it. Use it regularly to obtain positive
results. Each program comes with
complete instructions.
Powerful Self-Change Techniques
To Program Your Conscious,
Subconscious & Superconscious
Minds

Track 1: Relaxation -- Rather than a
standard altered-state induction, each
title offers a different peaceful
environment to visualize as Dick relaxes
your body one part at a time.

Track 2: Mind-Programming
Suggestions & Visualizations
-- Four
powerful techniques: 1) Suggestions
worded for maximum subconscious
acceptance; 2) A mantra technique uses
two ultra-powerful phrases; 3)
"Directed" mental movies ask you to
imagine described goal-supportive
situations; 4) Trigger-words are
programmed as a conditioned-response
technique to provide increased
self-discipline and dedication to your
goals when needed.

Track 3: Symbol Therapy -- A
psycho-synthesis visualization
technique to focus free-floating
psychological energy. The visualization
of positive, goal-related symbols can
have a transformative impact upon your
psyche. The visualizations help to undo
past conditioning and establish new,
desirable energy patterns within you.
Each CD uses two to four visualizations
produced with 3-D sound effects.

Track 4: The Messenger -- A visitor
provides tips on how to accomplish your
goals. The track ends with the original
suggestions repeated.

Track 5: Awakening.

Track 6: Beta-Talk Subconscious
Reinforcement -- The primary
suggestions are rephrased from an "I"
perspective, and you are asked to
repeat each one.
